Feeling Much Better is a marimba duo arrangement of Ivan Trevino’s Feeling Better, arranged by Gabriella Reyna and Emilio DeLeon.

Words from Ivan: This new version of Feeling Better, arranged in part by Gabriella Reyna, whom the original solo was written for, is so meaningful to me! As her former teacher, it is special to see Gabriella’s musical journey from afar, and to have her and Emilio create a duo version of the piece to mark its 10 year anniversary is such an honor. Thank you both!

From Gabriella and Emilio: The main focus of this arrangement was to keep the original solo version while adding an accompanying part. We really wanted to target this arrangement towards students who wanted to learn the original solo version to eventually play with their percussion teachers and/or collegiate percussionists who may have performed the solo version while in middle or high school and would like to revisit it with a duo partner. We hope this arrangement brings a fresh and new perspective on a piece that has already brought joy to so many young percussionists over the past 10 years.
